One Day Agile Conference in Toronto - Wednesday October 20th
Why should I come?
The Toronto Agile Software Development Community will host the only full-day Agile conference in Toronto. This year's conference will be bigger and better with more speakers and attendees. The program will feature four concurrent streams with interactive sessions, workshops, lightning talks and plenty of opportunities to network. Those new to Agile, practitioners and managers will learn about the latest developments and methodologies in Agile. You’ll become part of a growing influential network of Agile practitioners and make many new contacts. You’ll learn about new tools and the companies who are embracing Agile.
Keynote
We are excited to have Martin Fowler of ThoughtWorks as our keynote speaker. "Martin Fowler is an author, speaker, consultant and general loud-mouth on software development. He concentrates on designing enterprise software - looking at what makes a good design and what practices are needed to come up with good design. He's been a pioneer of object-oriented technology, refactoring, patterns, agile methodologies, domain modeling, the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Extreme Programming. For the last decade he's worked at ThoughtWorks, a really rather good system delivery and consulting firm. "
Where is it?
This year's conference will be held at the prestigious Toronto Board of Trade, which is located in First Canadian Place in the heart of Toronto's financial district with easy access via TTC and GO Transit.
