Olaf Lewitz is a Certified Scrum Coach, agile practitioner, Kanban expert and a StrategicPlay Facilitator. He makes people happy, de-scales organizations and helps individuals trust themselves and one another. Olaf is a consultant, coach and active connector in the international agile community. He has led, trained, and coached teams and organizations of various industries and sizes during the past 10+ years, focusing on effectively shipping quality software. Olaf concentrates on organizational growth, cultural transformation and increasing potential to delight both employees and customers.
Olaf is the Trust Artist. Since 2009 his practice has been dedicated to agile transformation. In 2012 he became a VisionTemenos Fellow to help individuals and leaders better understand their motivations and their relationships to the people and situations they interact with.
