Lawrence Ludlow

Lawrence first learned about Agile in 2000; back then, Extreme Programming (XP) was in its early days, and the term Agile had yet to be established.  Lawrence focuses on helping development teams deliver successful software solutions using Agile. He specializes in the application of User Stories for scoping and developing strategic development plans for projects of all types and sizes, and also using Agile methodologies to help development teams and organizations become more productive. Lawrence is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in project management and delivery in multiple technical fields. He has been active in the local Toronto Agile community for many years and is a founding member and Director of the Toronto Agile Community.
