TAC is pleased to announce that we donated the proceeds from our May 30th Open Space event to the Healthcare Heroes Fund.
This year’s Open Space, our eleventh annual, was a big success involving over fifty practitioners from the Greater Toronto Area plus other parts of Canada and the United States. Even though this year’s event had to be moved online, the Open Space format still allowed participants to collaborate in an engaging environment that fostered lively and constructive interactions. The day featured 17 discussion threads that covered a variety of current and diverse topics related to Agile.
The Healthcare Heroes Fund is a charity that works with government agencies, healthcare facilities, experts and suppliers to secure personal protective equipment (PPE) for healthcare workers working on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic. PPE includes face masks, protective gowns and gloves, face shields, and other medical grade equipment designed to keep these workers safe from infection.
