Mirko will discuss how common Agile frameworks are scaling Agile cross-company today and how the COVID-19 crisis made the limitations of these frameworks more obvious.
But there are examples, such as Tesla, who used a proven approach to select new partners based on Agile values & principles, resulting in radically improved business outcomes.
These examples illustrate how scaling cross-company will introduce the next stage of Business Agility by enabling the evolution from Company Agility to Partner Ecosystem Agility.
