Next event: Wednesday, October 20, 2010 - AgileTour Toronto '10

We are excited to announce the Agile Tour 2010 conference on October 20th, 2010. This year's conference will be bigger and better, with 4 concurrent tracks and Martin Fowler as our keynote speaker. For more information please access our main Agile Tour 2010 conference page.

Announcing Partner Workshops & Open of Registration

In addition to the main conference, the Toronto Agile Community is pleased to announce 4 parter workshops to provide in-depth learning opportunities to the community.

  • Drama Tech - Discover the secret ingredients for high-performing Agile teams. Learn how to collaborate, communicate, and innovate using methods from the theatre.
  • Kanban 101: Evolving your Agile process through Kanban and Lean - Kanban for Lean Software Development is quickly becoming adopted by Agile software teams as the next Agile software process since it much easier to adopt than Scrum.
  • Learning and Teaching with Agile Games - "Learning by doing" is what makes games an effective training tool. We will play a variety of games to teach Agile and Lean practices so that participants can learn through playing.
  • Agile Analysis in Practice - ThoughtWorks presents Agile Analysis in Practice - a highly interactive learning workshop that builds on existing software development skills and instills specific practices on how to more effectively work with business and software development teams throughout the lifecycle of an Agile project.

Workshop cost is $550 with $50 discount if you register at the same time as the conference and an addition $50 discount for early bird.

toolsets available, while addressing some of the core cultural issues that have
halted expansion to the larger business community in the past.
